Our customer satisfaction record is second to none, we will apply the same attention to detail and quality in our workmanship for every job, large or small.Mr. Lee worked at Tri Valley Growers for 15 years, as a mechanic, at Dana Corporation (four years keeping the robotic assembly lines running), Carr Electric and Sebastiani Winery, where he was in charge of the bottling line.Finally, Mr. Lee decided he had the expertise to start his own business to assist people who needed help doing things around the house.He stays abreast of the latest technology, methods and tools of the trade via magazines, the Internet, seminars and clinics at major home supply outlets and he continually acquires new products and tools to make his job easier.When asked what is the hardest part of his job, Mr. Lee says with a smile. “The unknown. When a customer has a problem and doesn’t know what caused it.” But that’s the sort of challenge he enjoys. Mr. Lee has provides a small business feel to his customers with outstanding service. This is reflected in his passion to fix and assemble things.
